1. Mission Statement

CoreWorx is a private women’s membership club dedicated to creating a safe, empowering, an  a exclusive fitness environment designed for women’s physical, emotional, and mental wellness.

2. Membership Structure

• CoreWorx is a private club, not open to the general public.

• All members must apply and be approved before gaining access.

• Membership is limited by design to preserve privacy and culture.

• Access is granted only through member key-fob entry.

• No day passes, walk-ins, or public tours.

• Membership may be denied or revoked to protect the club environment and mission.

3. Women-Only Policy (Legally Compliant)

CoreWorx exists to provide a private, women-centered wellness environment.

Membership is restricted to women in alignment with the mission of the club.

CoreWorx evaluates membership based on mission alignment, privacy expectations, and community

standards.

4. Consideration Policy

As a private membership club, CoreWorx evaluates all membership applications individually based on

mission fit, privacy needs, and alignment with the women-centered purpose of the club.

Membership decisions are made confidentially by the Membership Review Board and are not subject to

appeal.

5. Membership Review Board (Strengthened Private Club Status)

CoreWorx is governed by a Membership Review Board consisting of five individuals:

• Managing Partner

• Co-owner/Spouse

• Advisory Member 1

• Advisory Member 2

• Advisory Member 3

The Board:

• Reviews all new membership applications.

• Votes to approve or deny applicants.

• Oversees membership revocations if needed.• Protects the mission, culture, and privacy of the club.

• Maintains full confidentiality of decisions.

The Board may meet electronically or individually submit votes.

Operational decisions may be executed by the Managing Partner as acting secretary of the Board.

6. Membership Application Requirements

• Full legal name

• Address

• Phone and email

• Emergency contact

• Statement of alignment with CoreWorx mission

• Agreement to club rules, privacy standards, and bylaws

• Signature and date

• Board approval

7. Bylaws

• Members must follow all safety and privacy policies.

• Members may not share key-fob credentials.

• Members who violate policies may be removed by Board vote.

• The Board maintains full authority over membership decisions.

• Membership is a privilege, not a right.

• Decisions by the Board are final and confidential.

8. Staff Script – Handling Inquiries

“CoreWorx is a private women’s membership club. All memberships require an application and an approval process conducted by our Membership Review Board. Membership decisions are confidential and based on mission alignment and club standards.”

9. Website Wording

CoreWorx is a private women’s membership club.

CoreWorx Liability Waiver & Facility Rules for Minors

To ensure the safety of all members, please read and sign the following rules and liability waiver regarding minors in the facility.

Age Restrictions

    1.    All gym equipment is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 13.

    •    Children under 13 may not use, touch, or operate any gym equipment, weights, machines, or sauna at any time.

    2.    Members under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while in the facility.

    •    A supervising adult must remain in direct attendance at all times.

Parental / Guardian Agreement

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, understand and agree to the following:

    •    I am fully responsible for the safety, behavior, and supervision of the minor listed below while inside CoreWorx.

    •    I agree that the minor will not use any equipment if under the age of 13.

    •    If the minor is 13–17 years old, I will remain physically present in the facility during their entire visit.

    •    I acknowledge that CoreWorx is not responsible for supervising minors and does not provide childcare or youth monitoring beyond the designated childwatch area (if applicable).

    •    I agree to ensure the minor follows all CoreWorx rules, safety protocols, and instructions from staff.

Liability Release

By signing this form, I fully release CoreWorx, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, or incidents involving the minor while on the premises, including but not limited to:

    •    Misuse of equipment

    •    Failure to follow rules

    •    Accidents resulting from physical activity

    •    Actions or behaviors of the minor

I understand and accept that I am solely responsible for supervising the minor and ensuring safe behavior during all visits.

I agree that CoreWorx is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur to the minor, whether caused by negligence, equipment use, other members, or any activity within the facility.
